Bethesda, which launched Elder Scrolls Online a while ago, announced that the game will run maxed out at 30 fps at 4K, natively, on the Xbox One X

Game Director Matt Firor, speaking to WCCFTech at E3 confirmed that the Morrowind expansion that the MMORPG title received will still be playable at the same framerates as on Sony’s PS4 Pro. Fans who recently received the update, which brought an additional 30 hours plus of gameplay, were hoping that new console release from Microsoft will see a bump in framerate.

Players on the PS4 Pro have the choice of playing the game at 4K and 30fps or scaled down to Full HD with better detail and textures. The Xbox One X which is, however, 50 percent more powerful than the PlayStation 4 Pro, will have to wait as Firor and his team look to take things up a notch for the One X. PC fans will rejoice as the only platform where the game is playable at higher framerates.

Game developer Zenimax Online’s Creative Director Rich Lambert speaking to Finder earlier had mentioned that the One X will get an update. He also mentioned though that the online mode will require more powerful consoles for better graphics, which is all up for the taking with the One X’s release this November. We have the new Elder Scrolls Online update covered as well, right here.

A new type of sensor The bat sensor uses a coin-sized module, which is a computer of sorts, and it’s built on the Intel Curie platform. It’s a tiny, little thing, about the size of a coin, and can be attached to any bat in the market today. ntel describes Curie as...
